Procure two pieces of board, three feet long and twelve inches wide.

Select the most convenient corner of the house inside and nail one of the boards to the side of the house three feet from the corner, allowing it to extend straight out into the pen.

Nail the other in the same manner to the end wall three feet from the corner, allowing it to extend straight out and meet the first one.
